1. Data Controller

As the data controller, Edict Digital attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data.

2. Personal Data Processed

The Matobur application does not collect or process any personal data. The app works entirely offline and does not communicate with any servers. All data created within the app (animal name, progress, statistics) is stored locally on the user's device only.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Since the application does not process any personal data, there is no processing purpose under this article.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Matobur does not transfer any personal data to third parties, domestic or international organizations. The app does not require an internet connection and does not exchange data with any servers.

5. Data Retention Period

App data is stored only on the user's device. Deleting the application permanently removes all local data.

6. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on the device, data security is provided by the device's own security mechanisms. As no data is transferred to external servers, there is no risk of data breach.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

You can contact us to exercise your rights regarding your personal data under Article 11 of KVKK. However, since our application does not collect any personal data, the exercise of these rights is not practically necessary.
